Welcome to International Draughts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and games (collectively, the "Service") operated by International Draughts ("us", "we", or "our").

Accounts

Free Service

International Draughts is a free service. We may introduce premium features in the future, but the core gameplay will always remain free. Any future premium features will be clearly marked and optional.

Fair Play

We are committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, including the use of automated programs or external assistance during gameplay
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in the game
• Deliberately disconnecting to avoid a loss
• Harassment or abusive behavior towards other players
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or ratings

Violation of these fair play rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of International Draughts and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of International Draughts.

User Content

Termination
